What could be more appropriate that dedicating a day of the week to the event that dominates most Western minds up until its occurrence? To inaugurate Wedding Wednesday, I thought I'd start with a lovely appetizer dish from a Chinese wedding. It looks almost as delicious as it is beautiful . . .
