I've seen many versions of Hawaiian Burgers, but this has to be one of my all-time favorites. It appeals to the kid in me as well as the adult. The red peppers are unique in my experience, but adds a sense of adult adventure. The lack of a top bun also appeals to those of us who are weight-conscious. The sweet pineapple has universal appeal, as both children and adults love it. All in all, a burger I'd like to try someday. :)

(yes, I see the top bun in the background, but you could choose to eat it without it. . .)
