28th tempting dish

I have only recently fallen head over heels for zucchini in all its states: cooked or raw, that squash is mine! Of course, this dove-tails nicely with my fervent desire to have it all, i.e. lose weight, tone up, and still eat like a normal person! ;) This dish is the perfect meal for me at this stage in my life. Protein, carbs, and veggies, including my favorite-at-the-moment, zucchini. . .
