Continuing yesterday's thread of grilled cheese (I haven't had one yet and am still craving one), I present to you a grilled cheese sandwich without bread. BreadCRUMBS, yes, but no slices of carb-filled goodness to hold in the melty treasure that is the gooey center of a grilled cheese sammy. Instead, the outside of this bad boy is CHEESE!
